Yea, JB. And by then, too many innocents were in complete agreement on who they trusted and who they suspected... with no reason (thanks to the format IMO) for the last mafia member to deviate away from the town's direction. I tore the thread apart trying to find something on someone else that outweighed my "feeling" about Dawg. Even put on my best mafia-thinking cap and still couldn't find anyone else to shoot. There just wasn't anything there.

Excellent play, Lab Rat... you fink! The mafia win is well deserved. :thumbsup:

As to the format, it was interesting and nice to try something different. This is just the wrong kind for me. I still think the format is a cake walk for evils. Ice was brilliant (as usual).. but he's awful darned lucky too. Going back over and over again, I still can't figure out how he got 3 mafia kills like that. That was such awesome work on his part, it's a real shame the rest of us go nowhere with 5 more shots to take.

I just tried to never have real suspects on my list. I figured if I just threw names out there the mafia would come to me.

I really never suspected you Kash and even before I shot you I posted I didn't feel a vibe but the posts screamed mafia.
I did suspect Z but for the same reason as I shot you. Posts didn't seem protown.

Annie,Zaffy and TRS all screwed up in posts and gave themselves away.

I could tell you were using me as a litmus test on the others, but also knew you were the most prone to shoot me anyway. I really tried to come up with something useful (other than being your goat) to help out this time. I just couldn't come up with anything sensible to go on and I never trust my hunches without something more to back them up. I figured you held off on me for as long as you did because you'd guessed that confusion/indecision wouldn't be my prefered mafia strategy as a scum player.

For my shot, the town all agreed to suspect the most obvious choices but I wasn't convinced those were good either. JB I couldn't read well enough, Jpappy wasn't doing what he'd done before when I've figured him out (as evil), Zsand wasn't being the Archangel I'd come to know playing evil with him before, and Lab Rat had me fooled. I did wonder for a while if Lab Rat's replies when she was under fire early in the game were too perfect for a noob to the group, but not enough to take that leap later in the game when I had the gun. That was part of the reason I posted what I did about calling her a townie before then.. to gauge reaction. But that didn't help. She didn't react the way I was looking for her to.
 
I liked this format, but next game will be a simple back to basics game if I Mod...

with the works...a mayor...a doctor...a detective...and a few scumbags....
