and then in other posts, you actually seemingly give others a pass for voting off the cuff or whatever, namely Dag. Actually, I find that pretty concerning in of itself.... not even consuidering that you "accidentally" left him off your list and then when pointed out, say it's that you consider him "last" anyway...

I pointed them out as fluff because you had the most posts out of all the players listed but in reality most of them were fluff.If you removed the "fluff" posts you'd rank near the bottom of posts made.

I don't care how many posts you make as long as they are valuable posts. Its quality not quantity and you have neither at this time. At least Dag has been committal. I'm glad you made me go back. Zaffy has as much fluff as you do. I'll need to move him up my list.But the fact is I'd really only vote the top 2 right now. Don't understand why you're getting so worked up when you're like 5th or 6th.

It was his post which I believe linked him to JL which started me looking at him but is clearly not my only reason for voting FF.

See, the problem with the whole connection thing is that I'm pretty sure FF interpreted JL's post correctly. Yet you still seem to think it came from an offsite chatroom. That is what bothers me in particular. As I said with Dag, I can understand suspecting FF for all the insanity he has posted. But to keep pushing something like this with no basis at all is scummy. I believe I asked that there was anything other than that one post that connects JL and FF...it seems that is the only post, which in no way connects the two...unless you would like to reinterpret that post for us all.

I think this was directed to me but I'll answer regardless.

I always take note when people are defensive, and Day 1 is the funniest day because so much of what we say is a house of cards with no support to back it up. I see JL's defensiveness as a response to FF's aloof style. Some of us play very structured games, some people play it fast and loose. Those personalities always clash. As I said I'm not writing either off but to me FF comes out looking a bit more scummy.

Now Tex is a different matter entirely. He quite literally saved his skin, which I had predicted was most likely to happen. I think he popped in and posted the bare minimum to stay alive, pulling some names everyone was discussing and throwing them out quickly with no backing. This reeks of coaching, of course the communicative teams can not talk right now however. So I am left believing he didn't have the time to make any decisions of his own so he borrowed everyone elses. That seems scummy.

Tex obviously tops my list of those above. Its not the lack of posts its the timing and content.

After that I'd have to say DD and Razz would be next. DD for not really addressing any of the Day 1 goings on, Razz for making excuses.

I've been busy this weekend but I'm not making excuses, I'm just getting into the posts when I can and making observations where I see them. I see no reason to give everyone my date book for consideration.

Ice, the reason I got so worked up about it is because I truely feel like I am posting along in the conversation when I have a thought.... and then it seemed as soon as you mentioned "fluff", a couple people seemed to take that and run with it. If we are all talking about the same thing, why are mine pointed out as the ones that have no real basis? There is not much else to consider or suggest about that everyone or those that are indeed posting to pose suspicion about.

You did get a lot of innocents lynched last game...was very impressive. :bowing: And I realize most don't play the same game twice. I did think you laid lower last game than you have this game. My impression this game was you took FF's crazy randomness and ran with it. All you had to do was get 3 innocents to vote on him, then the rest of your scum team can jump on quickly to get him lynched. Dag already has done so, likely because he's busy IRL and didn't want to miss the opportunity. Unfortunately for you, some of us are not so eager to jump onto the lynch FF bandwagon. Has this complicated your evil plans? Now you're being forced to not lay low, which I would expect would have been the plan (since I suspect many mafia will be laying low).



I explained above...it wasn't a need to go after FF, just an easy opportunity to try and get an innocent lynched. I also explained previously why I think the mafia team would have had a strong player try to set up an innocent for lynching. The rest of the scum team can lay back hiding.

Like I said before, I think Tex is just trying to play along and learn the game. His following FF could be simply explained by noob confusion. I've been too tough on noobs in the past so for now I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. He really does need to put more thought and effort into the town if he's innocent.


No offense DD, but primarily what I've seen from you is a bunch of :nilly: in regards to the whole FF/JL/Dawg thing. Care to post some more solid theories and thoughts as to who is scum?

I highly doubt 5 scum will vote on the same person day 1. It just doesn't make sense.

I'm not looking for people to jump on any bandwagon...I'm just letting the town know who I think is scum. As far as complicating my evil plans goes as I have already stated...I'm not looking for followers just giving my opinion so if I go the town will have my thoughts.

The bold red statement above has me confused. With your train of thought right now why would Tex following FF be noob confusion to you? I thought I was scum and FF was in the clear. Why is following someone you believe to be innocent suddenly explained as noob confusion?

the thing is, I think that once something is mentioned that seems to make some sort of sense, the mafia are going to take it and highlight it just to take whoever they can down... while I think it is important to highlight on certain things, I think the mafia is looking for small opportunities to grab hold of and run... that's all.

I see him posting a lot without really thinking things through...I have no idea why he claimed jpap was innocent other than it's likely FF thinks anyone not going after him is innocent. I wouldn't be surprised if he claimed I was innocent too and Dag and Ice were mafia. He is the epitome of OMGUSy. I think he also confuses himself, maybe he should start posting his notes again. :laugh:


Dawg, do you forget there are two communicating teams??? This throws a wrench into everything since we can't assume those who may seem to be communicating are evil.

Again...I'm not voting FF only for the JL posts...read my posts. If you're asking was that one post my only reason for connecting JL and FF the answer is yes. The problem is JL agrees that what FF interpreted from his post is not what he was getting at and FF has not confirmed that your interpretation is correct (unless I missed it). So it is really just you trying to defend FF's post for some reason.

As far as what FF has said (about me or really anything), it is hard to focus on any of it. In all seriousness, I keep hoping that FF would learn the game a little more and not just post to be posting. Until that happens he is mostly a distraction. I think he is fun to have around and can often be the center of attention, but the reality is that he is a distraction.

Those are my thoughts on FF.

I don't see JL confirming that he was thinking what FF said he was thinking. How do you come up with that JPap? And if you can show me where FF confirms you were right about your interpretation I'd be interested in that as well. I still can't find it.

I, too, am very concerned about Ice giving Dag a pass. I know Dag, to me his post was a total cop out and he simply wanted to get a vote out there. I suspect he was following Dawg, iirc he posted something earlier to the effect that an earlier post of Dawg's was like Dawg had read his mind. To me, that seems like a set up so Dag's vote could fall in alongside Dawg's, and people would not question it too much. Dag is no fool, he gets no noob pass or benefit of the doubt for a shallow post from me.

The "accidental" leaving him out is also unsettling. It's quite easy to look at the who's posted list and see Dag in the bottom with everyone else on the list.

What strikes you as scummy strikes me as noob play. He royally messed up his prior game, I think he was trying not to mess up again.

What you see as committal I see as simply trying to get his vote out there. His reasoning was weak, I expect more from him. It's why he's on the top of my list of who I would vote for if not Dawg/FF/JL.
