Mafia 66: Farmers versus the Railroad - the play

I am back. it was a long couple of days. i was visiting my brother in law in rehab he broke his spine. Fortunately he has a good attitude and is doing great.

It is an interesting debate about voting Coler or Noodles. I would do either or go for a tie. I think a tie could be interesting. I aloso think that if go Noods evaery one will go there and we learn nothing. A tie or Coler would be far more interesting.

I think the LR is on the town side. her confidence in her theory seems well placed.

I am not sure about the Wiz but he is talking a lot, and I don't tend to agree with a bunch of it. I don't think voting Coler is such a bad idea.

FF I don't really even read anymore.

I am working on what I think of the others. I read this whole thing but I need to read it again with a pad of paper at hand.

I read it as one worker per RR owner but it does not specifically say that. It would be unfair if all the workers were one one owner though.

Alrighty... lunch time. I'm gonna go back and try to get to as many questions as i can while I have some time away from the front...

Wow, Jb that was big! Im not gonna try and quote all that, just a few comments.

To the WIZ one i say you are super analyzing his posts. And why are my posts not worthy of inspection? I thought i had made it pretty clear where i stood on the whole noods/Kashta/cole thing, and that was incorectly on Kashta, now to noods and next to cole.

For the Everyone else post i say, you seem pro-town to me. I dont really have much to say about.

For the Labby Post i say:
Lab was one of the first people to agree with Kashta, i think that she also knew/knows that noods is evil, that or just agrees with what kash was saying.
FF... this post was fairly well thought out and written, so I'm going to respond to it.

I am analyzing the Wiz's posts. That's what this game is all about. Analyzing people's patterns to try and find out where their head is at. I've stated it in past games, but my style is to find something that sticks out and run with it. That's what I did with the Wiz. You haven't been around long enough to know probably, but this is my style. It's just how it makes sense to me.

As far as your posts not being worthy of analysis... I may have stated that badly. It's not that your posts are not worth it, it's just that you tend to be a bit scattered and flaky sometimes, so I think it's best left for later in the game when there is much more data. If you would like specific feedback, PM me after the game and I'd be happy to give that to you.

I have my daughter this weekend so I doubt I will be back before night fall.

To begin with your questions JB, as you are well aware, you have nothing to go on in day one.

We usually start lighthearted and trying to see if anything stands out before kicking too many bushes(or maybe I have misread the previous games I have played?)

FF's lack of posts were out of character so I questioned it. Isn't that what we are supposed to do is look for things out of character to find clues to pursue?

I was not calling out LR here, I was calling out the four that I mentioned.

I think I am pretty plain and simple in my posts JB, I arrived at DD as she was one of the 4 I suspected for the reasons I stated.

Analyzing FF's posts? Really? can anyone analyze his posts and expect to remain sane?

Go back and read again I was vainly attempting to get FF to post in a way so as not to make my head hurt when I get to the game after work.

Read my words not the ones you craftilly chose to put in my mouth. I said badgering. Which is exactly what it was. At the point that LR was under the gun it appeared as though you all were badgering an innocent that you felt you could get to cave in under pressure.

After the posts I read yesterday where I saw Kashta under the gun (and in light of LR's stand after the lynch) I begin to wonder if maybe it wasn't a very ingenious strategy thought up in the scum den to allow you to look like you are innocent kicking bushes.

The scum already know who the innocents are and I think that LR's 5 theories were also put together in the scum den. She then was given the honor of posting them in the thread.

I did not "call Odin out" for voting without a reason. I merely asked him to state his suspicions. As far as I can tell the concensus is that he is new to this game and unaware that you should give reasons to your votes. As for DD, I believe I had made it clear why I suspected her.

As for after nightfall, I believe that I made it quite clear. We finally had some real evidence and therefore knew something instead of just suspecting.

I find it very interesting that you place the ones most insistent against lynching someone we KNOW to be scum as most likely innocent.
Wiz... I agree that you have been plain and simple in your posts. I just don't trust your motives. You say you're not "calling out" Odin or Labby. I say putting your questions to them in a post is calling them out. You say you've given reasons for your four horsemen theory and for choosing DD specifically from that list. I've yet to see satisfactory evidence. In fact, I asked you to pull some posts to show how the 4 of us "horsemen" were asking the same questions repeatedly... I haven't seen that yet.

And as I was thinking about this earlier today, I had a realization... your posting style changed drastically (IMO) from day 1 to 2. I think it was Dag who suggested you were the one turned. I'm growing pretty sure you're RR Wiz. I don't know if you started that way or decided to take a ride on the reading, but the way my thinking goes right now, I think we're better off to take you out than Noods.

As to the FF part of the post... yes, we are supposed to kick bushes and call things out. But you seemed too interested. It seems to me that for as much as you've restated all your cases in this game ad nauseum, it can only be because you're trying to sway the town; and I think you're trying to sway us toward :bs:.

Ok, I can see how a 3 horse race among Coler, Noods, and XXXX could give us more information than simply lynching Coler. I would like to hear from others (especially Dawg, Dag, and JB) about their thoughts on this scenario.

You may not think it's likely that he would have had the IWs know the same player, but I think there is a very good possibility that is the case. It's less risky for the scum team that way, rather than having two of their members known. More than 2 IWs, yeah, I kinda doubt there are. I think the point of the IW role was to give the innocent team an automatic investigation into a scum member.
Have I touched on this to your satisfaction, Labby?

That would be Fargo, though I'm sure I've heard it on the Simpsons too. I'd like a chocolate chip cookie please...
We have a winner! CC cookie on the way!:thm:

So, that's all I have time for... gotta get back to the addicts. If it's still quiet, I might be back with a little more. If not, it'll be late again.

Have I touched on this to your satisfaction, Labby?

Yes. Now I would like to hear Rich's thoughts when he gets caught up.

g/o Sorry to hear about your brother in law, Rich. Sending good thoughts his way g/o
