Now I know that JPap and I aren't KNOWN innocents, but if we believe RB's clue and the fact that Old School/New School Mafia look to be split by number of games that a player has played, that means JPap or I cannot be New School Mafia....As we've pegged all of the original Old School mafia, we can't be that either...


That leaves the following folks to fill the ONE remaining townie spot.

Deputy
Joander
Plantling
Charlie

King, as every investigation may be your last (in the event the doctor is hit), instead of looking for the mafia folks in the 4 remaining, we should actually try to find the innocent in the list....everyone else then has to be mafia. Even in the event your investigation fails (god forbid you hit mafia :) ) We're still okay as we know that we won't be lynching an innocent.

If you hit innocent on your investigation, and we run the table on the remaining 3, if it's still 'game on' we KNOW that MP has to be mafia....

Thoughts anyone?

I didn't expect night to fall again so soon, so I've been running errands all day thinking I had tonight to read posts and vote. I still have to go pick up my kid from school in a bit and will be off on more errands after, so I don't have time to say much except I think the Mafia has set a well orchestrated plan in motion to make at least one of them blend in. Also the clue RB gave us is useful generally, but it's not a straight shot. Not all the oldest players are old Mafia and not all the newest are new.

this post is really ringing the mafia bells in my head

first you give an excuse as to why you will not be here, classic mafia.

second, how would you know of anything the mafia will be doing? unless you ARE mafia..you havn't been around on this thread long enough to say something like that.

third, you discredit the clue given to us by RB that may help us find the last remaining mafia, and as for the new/old mafia.

old mafia = Ice, Z, Mee-Mee, HN = ALL veteran players

new mafia = Lady g, DC, plantling, Joander, CS..all newer players

Not much has gone on really. It is obvious that out of the list you posted, that all is mafia but one. There are five known innocents, and we have to find the last one. I understand that i am not a known innocent, But by all means, KOTD investigate me.
I personally would like to know what MP is. He is playing totally out there, and some of his posts are very hard to follow.

She's kind of right, King....I did some checking (in Mee-mee's post and in one of the other game threads). HN only has 4 games under his belt, but he did start playing mafia before Lady G, DC, Joander and CS...

On the other hand, I remember playing Mafia with Plantling (also has 4 games) starting with Mafia 3. That's even before HN started playing. So she kind of is a 'veteran' player....

Could she be the innocent?

exactly....anyone begging to be investigated at this point does not scream out 'Innocent.' Most of the mafia know that they're gone at this point, and begging to be investigated just ties King up, and prevents him from finding additional mafia.

Well i suppose plantling could be innocent, but if she is, then you are not. There are two innocents left, and i am one of them.

There are two innocents left, and one of them is the doctor. I suggest you investigate anyone from your list King. We almost cannot lose at this point. If you find mafium, great. If you find an innocent, great. The mafia are screwed, chewed, and tattooed. Lets bring it home.

A quick vote on mee-mee (without even a comment on the horrible cover-up)

An excuse for not being around..,

What she thinks the mafia is doing...even though it is pretty obvious that they are done for...trying to play the concerned townie, plantling?

And a reason why she couldn't be mafia...although correct seems to be pointing out errors just because she is on the list, the last one for that matter...

Does plantling seem a little anxious right now or is it just me?
