just thought of something. . . the snitch is a mafia (mafioso? mafium?), but does the snitch know ALL the mafia players or only the ones on his team? if ice is actually the snitch, and only knows the other players on his team, this is really an oppurtunity for the town. for example, if Ice is new mafia, and only knows his teammates, he can only give us 2 mafia names, since Lady G is already dead. he could also name himself, but i think that would be unlikely (until now, when i just posted it). So, if he is called upon to snitch tonight (if we don't end up lynching him), he'll give one name. The next time, it'll be the other name. the third time he might name himself, but if he lasts as long as a fourth time, one of the names has to be repeated. we don't have to worry about people "getting turned" like we did in the werewolf game. I think it would be perfectly fine to keep our "pocket mafia" around as long as possible. of course, Ice is likely to be taken out tonight by the mafia anyway since he has been uncovered as a liability to them. i'm not sure if we should vote for him or not, if we could be looking for other mafia-people. Whether or not Ice is the snitch, it is impossible for anyone to prove it until he is dead, and now that the seed of doubt has been planted his mafia brethren aren't going to tolerate him for very long.
