Mafia #7 -- The Play

I was put up for "lurking" without posting...
 
My point exactly. Hn was thinking about voting dc because he was "lurking." I said the same exact thing last game but first asked dc why his name is always up but he never posts...he responded that he leaves his browser open. Now, personally I think that that reason alone to vote is dumb. And then hn's next posts concerning dc talk about different suspicious activities that he never originally mentioned...I'm not saying that dc isn't a suspect but hn is way more suspicious imo

Ok, I've looked back trying to find a case against myself and this is the only post (115) I could find that I used the word custer in. It was completely non-commital (I'm still not sure if Jpappy looks mafia to me), but apparently this and implied info based on posts that were cherry picked is enough. When I'm dead, please look at the engineer who says no one listens to him and those that follow without question.

The fact you used the word 'cluster' is irrelevant. You are trying to make it sound like you were doing something completely different than Ice or Z and just using the word 'cluster' to mean something else. But, you were doing the same thing that Z and Ice were. Trying to tie people together based on their votes. I wouldn't have had a problem with it, but you were also doing it on Day 1 when no voting or posting patterns had even been established.

No. I mentioned his name when I saw him watching the thread. He responded fairly quickly and then immediately followed someone's vote against me when I questioned him. It wasn't him "lurking, it was him actively watching and defending.

I guess if looking for possibilities on day 1 is wrong, I'm guilty. I would have apparently been better off voting for the first role player or the third from the last to post, etc. etc.

The thing is that you never mentioned any of this when you VOTED for him except for the lurking which is not a good enough reason for a vote. At that time you were grasping for straws...I think you just got lucky with your observation later

HN, this is an example of 'clustering'...and you did use the word 'cluster' here, too (not so non-commitally, though). You've grouped myself, DD, Jo, and DC together, and are implying that we're all mafia. You're so sure about it, that you say you may even be hit that night for exposing us...all ON DAY 1

And again...although instead of 'cluster' you use 'pack'...then you actually vote for Jo based upon this.

Let's not all jump on anybody in particular. We need discussion. Obviously the massive voting for one person is the wrong thing to do and can't possibly help out the town. I'd like to ask for everyone's top 3 or so and why. My vote isn't in stone yet and I'll move it if another "train" forms.

I think this pretty much shows that you WERE using 'cluster' in the same context as Z and Ice were...
