I actually said that I took your post out of context. I know it was probably said half-jokingly. It doesn't matter. It's day one... unless someone screws up royally, very minimal things are all we have to go on.

In my experience, people who say things like 'I'll be watching you' are not good guys. A good guy role would not draw attention to himself like that. You are probably not a bad guy role either... few if any bad guy players would draw attention like that. It is within the realm of possibility that you are trying to 'declare' your innocence by stating things in a way that no bad guy player would... thereby making it seem more likely that you are an innocent rather than a power role.

Given all that, I'd give odds of about 85% you're innocent and 15% bad guy. Since those are the best odds I have to date, I'm voting them... for now.

I thought of two of them that were "colder than usual"... the northern Alaska unknown evil game and the snowed in cabin fever game. Neither of them were set in 1963 (according to our search function).

Will we get any more clues today?
