I may or may not be home in time for nightfall, depends on traffic. I expect to be.

I vote to lynch Jpap. Mostly because I like to vote for him. Never have a clue what he is. I think JM is in the clear and no one else stands out to me. I plan to be back read the new stuff and hopefully make a better decision.

Zaf, Lr I posted that early and worded it badly, I should have said I don't see enough to think the JM is a wolf right now. I am in no way certain of him like my wording made it sound.

I am in fact certain of nothing I don't really have much of an inkling one way or the other.

We shall see how the day goes. I am glad I got home early enough to participate this evening.

You didn't really give a reason for your vote, it was actually somehow less credible than my own initial joke-vote on him.

It's been a long day, I'm tired, and I really wasn't going to spend any more time on this thread the rest of tonight.

Then I made the mistake of checking in again to see what else has been posted.

Zaffy, you and Rich both placed your votes on Pappy and decided to leave them where they were for whatever reasons either of you have. But do you acknowledge in any way that this was a mistake? Or even bother to express what a shame it is that you were wrong (besides making a dookie remark)?

Instead, going after Rich now for making the exact same unfortunate choice for no apparent reason whatsoever is the best you can say at this point? This is totally beyond me.

Please, Zaffy, try to explain how you can say Rich's vote on Pappy is in any way less credible than the admitted joke-vote you placed on him yourself.

You also fault Rich there for not giving a reason for his vote... when you've consistently failed to give us any reason for yours.

Not only that, but this makes it #3 Zaffy.

I've asked you straight up twice before to state your case against Pappy and tell us why you were voting against someone you obviously were in full agreement with throughout the first day.

What you said consistently in the posts you made totally contradicted your leaving that joke-vote in place without later retracting it or giving us any further rationale.

Here, once again, is the first post in which I asked you to respond to the very same point I'm asking you to address again now.

The main thing I still wonder about -- on top of that -- is the fact that your vote is still sitting on Jpappy but without any further reasoning. At the time you placed the vote, you gave us a joke-type reason. (At least I thought you were joking at the time.) And I was expecting you to switch it later or at least explain why you think Pappy is your actual top suspect at some point later on, if that's how you see him after that earlier exchange on the first day. However, this seems strange to me that you've done neither. Pappy is the one you seem most in agreement with than anyone else in the game.

I ask you this directly because it does appear that you and Pappy have been working together. And in that case, I suppose, you would hope that your vote on him might put some distance between you.

Thinking about what you said and where your vote lies, I did also ask you a specific question. You didn't answer that part, so let me repeat the same question to you again.

I had Zaffy/jpap as most suspect since I thought they were working together. Obviously I was way wrong about jpap which makes Zaffy drop on my suspect list. He is now back near the neutral zone. The one who rises to the top of my suspect list is Rich. I really can't get over the clearing of JM. A retraction consisting of whoops, that was worded poorly, is lame. Rich, you know everything you write will be scrutinized. I think you were trying to draw heat off of JM. This raises JM onto my suspect list, especially when you add to that him coming out like gangbusters on day 1, then practically disappearing.

I vote to lynch the scummy, flea-bitten mongrel Rich. If Rich shows werewolf my vote will fall on JM next.

Wow... there's so much here, I don't even know where to start really. Wait, yes I do: the first red. This has to be the most simplistic view point imaginable. And you know full well, Labby that mafia will align themselves with innocents as a ploy. It happens all the time. You know as well as I do that Pappy being innocent in NO WAY drops Zaffy on any realistic suspect list. You would not be this simplistic. Which means you're full of :bs:. In this sentence, Labby's very subtlely defended Zaffy.

To the blue: After defending Zaffy, Labby goes on to name her two top suspects. Again :bs: There's no way these are your best suspects and reasons. I know your kung fu, and this isn't it. Are you really saying that Rich is your top suspect? I don't buy that for a second. And you're still on about JM? WTF? Why is Rich scummier than JM? Why vote Rich first?

I think I've been scum with you more than anyone else, Labby. That's how I'm seeing you play right now. You're too composed. My guess is you have another outlet for the crazy that your drum up during these games.

I have to stick with my day 1 instinct for now. I vote to lynch Labby. I think there's a connection between her and Zaffy, and I would put Piranha in that group as well.

So, I went back and did my thing with Labby's posts. It was a lot easier than I thought given the lack of substance found in the majority of it. I didn't pull all her posts 'cause there's a ton of them; but go ahead and take a quick look for yourself if you doubt me. There's not a lot of content posts. Again, I know your kung fu, Labby. If you didn't have another outlet, you would have put more real ideas out there.

Kash, I find myself thinking similar thoughts about Zaffy and jpap seeming to have a tag team approach. Zaffy has an excellent game when scum, he lays low, jokes around, and throws the occasional jab. Mainly, he's very good at muddying the waters and confusing the town.

While jm has come out scummy with claiming he's never seen joke votes on day 1, I'm not ready to vote for him yet. Last game, when he was a vampire from the start, he laid low and went with the popular vote so as not to attract attention to himself. You saw through that act, do you think he's scum and has switched up his style?




As far as number of flea-infested scum, I haven't read or played the old werewolf games so my guess is only a guess. Since we discussed that this is not a team building game (and from the rules, only when the alpha wolf is alone will any turns have a possibility of occurring), I would assume that FF went with the typical ratio of 25% scum to 75% town. We know FF had Dag on his list twice...this leads me to believe FF would base the number of scum off of 16 players instead of the 15 who are actually playing. Even if he did correctly count 15 players, having only 3 wolves in a non-team building game seems too low, with scum being 20% (percent would only be lower if he based it off of 16 players). Starting with 5 wolves seems too high of a percent (33% of 15 players, 31% of 16 players). My guess would be 4 flea-ridden scum bags that cannot tolerate being bathed in full-moon light.

1st paragraph: Zaffy has already started to cuddle up to Jpap, and Labby helps reinforce that after Kash brings it up. Knowing Jpap will come back innocent. Last paragraph. Wow, that's a lot of work you put into that, Labby. I've seen you being too helpful before. This is what it looked like.

JB, any reason you're suddenly invisible for this game? Iirc, last game and the game before you weren't invisible and you were a townie (at least until the end of last game when you were turned). Seems kinda odd you'd suddenly go invisible for this game. Does it help you hide from the moonlight?

Here Labby throws a quick shot at me. Don't worry, I'm ok. But for as vocal as I've been, Labby; I'm shocked that this would have been the best question you would have for me.

Ok, not sure what my schedule holds tomorrow, so I need to go ahead and place a vote before going to bed. I've been going back and forth among Zaffy, jpap, and jm for my vote. As I said prior, I'm not really comfortable putting my vote on jm at this point. Jpap may be being his usual aggressive day 1 self, but I don't like how he and Zaffy have been mimicking each other in their posts, then kinda, sorta, kicking at each other. Zaffy is very good at being evil, I've been on enough evil teams with him to know how well he can fly under the radar. Therefore, he will earn my vote for day 1.

I vote to lynch the flea-bitten scum known as Zaffy. But not his dog since his dog is cute.

Labby votes Zaffy. She doesn't list him as a suspect, she votes for him.

Actually, I'm not sure why you're saying I'm quiet. I've got the 6th most amount of posts in the game thread. Sure, some of those posts have been joking around, but I've also posted substance. I've got some theories maturing in my brain, but nothing I feel is worth putting out there yet. The oddest thing to me is the jpap/Zaffy siamese twin connection. Kash has made a lot of posts I find myself agreeing with, which totally scares me since she's fooled me so many times when she's evil.

Also, the whole "busy in real life" thing is limiting my play to certain times. I just finished my HIV/infectious disease rotation today (hardly any access, even from my phone, especially when I'm at the VA hospital). My new rotation, surgery/trauma ICU, starts tomorrow with the wonderful hours of 4 am to 3 pm every day. I'm really hoping to get weekends off, but that may not happen. Hopefully I can follow along on my phone at breaks, but no guarantee I can post a ton at work. So don't be surprised if I post at odd times or in spurts. My new bedtime is gonna be 8-9pm since I gotta get up at 3 am.

Here, Labby suspects Zaffy enough to vote for him, but starts in with implicating Rich, right along side the person she just voted for. Keep in mind this is the same reason they both are citing for voting Rich now.

How is it that now Zaffy has gone from getting your vote, to being your buddy. You list him as "neutral", but you follow him like... dare I say it... a puppy dog right after nightfall. (What do you call a baby werewolf?)
