I think delving into Paps mind could be painful. I also think he could have picked based on some off the wall scheme.

I want him investigated also. So why would I do that? Still not sure how protecting the snitch if I'm mafia helps me cleanse him from the team.

I didn't name the PR. He role played it IMO and I say better safe then sorry. If he is Vig then great him and the DET can communicate and talk about who he should hit, if not then the DET knows he is snitch and can watch him closer.

I know if I was mafia and he wasn't on my team I'd hit him for what he has said.

You could be trying to get the town to waste there investigation on a new player.

I'm not saying I want the vig killed off, I'm saying that I don't think Pappy would pick a total newbie for a town PR.

I'd agree but it has happened so again I'm not willing to take that chance and possibly lose a free hit.

No investigation is a waste.

Investigated and a PR or mafia is a good thing.

Investigated and just a townie you base your invests off of who attacks him the hardest or at the very least he becomes a non issue and a known innocent to you.

This is way too either/or for me. life isn't so dichotomous. There are 21 players in the game. If he's not the Vig, that doesn't mean he's the snitch.

Has it happened in a Pappy game? I think you picked me on my second game for a PR based on my 1st (or was it someone else modding). I just don't see it for a brand new newbie.

Zaffy, I'm not saying he is either/or, I'm saying its in the DETs best interest to know his role.


I've said all I needed to on the matter. If the DR and DET think it could be they will do as needed.

More important is searching for mafia and continuing this conversation isn't going to do that.

A hit is a straight shot...he wouldn't need to "aim" ( convince the town to lynch ) he can just take out who he wants.

If he is the snitch he doesn't really need to be protected because he won't be hit though they might throw him under the bus for a lynch to get rid of him.
I'm reading Vig in his posts though and why he needs to be investigated and protected to know for sure. If not protected then he will be the mafia hit and we lose a hit.

I wanted to point this out,
there are a lot of killers who keep "trophies" of their victims. All his posts seem so superfluous that it could be a cover but again they are so out there that maybe he is just trying to get into character....again the character he's picking is a mobster.

All the games run together for me and I stopped keeping notes on the comp for a while now so I can't go back and check unless I flip through all the games.
