After re-reading the rules I think the murderer starts off as the only evil but then picks one innocent to become evil? So now there is two evils I guess.

I stand corrected, people do have stuff to say. Yes, it does appear that way. It also looks like the evils get to pick who else will be evil. So, who would you pick, i would pick Ice, Wiz, Kash, JP, or JB as my first choices.

So, if Kashta was evil she would probably pick Wiz. Vic-versa if wiz was the first evil. If JB or JP was evil they would probably pick Ice, Lab, or the other (if Jb, then JP). If lab was evil, she would probably pick Ice, Jp, or Jb. This is all hypothetical, of course. Hmm, if Hay was evil, IDk, prob a vet. In fact, its most likely a vet anyway, even someone like Ninja would pick a vet... and that makes me look like im protecting the newbs. Im not, just trying to think this through.

Well, their good players, they can keep outta trouble, and they are good at finding evils. If you can get all that on ur side, i would.
