I never said you did. You said that you didn't think he was evil because an evil wouldn't do that. My response was "that would be a great way for an evil to hide, in plain sight" and thats what my entire first post on it was pretty much saying. I'm not sure if he's evil or not, he's currently on the border. I never intended to twist your words, you just misunderstood what I was saying is all.

What do you think about how others latched on to my first comment?

By playing this way UN did give anyone who wants it an easy way to vote.

I vote to melt Hay.

That vote of his on FF was a nothing vote, someone not wanting to commit to anything or looking for a way to avoid scrutiny votes that way. FF has nothing I can see that is anti town.

FF, I do not agree that I "latched onto" your comment. I do have my own thoughts.
I am not sure why any player would post something like UN did except to throw confusion out there and make people speculate on why he would say such a thing. Did he do it to be funny as he said? I personally do not see it as funny, I see it as a distraction. Perhaps that was his plan. I did not play the last game but apparently Rich did the same thing and got away with it.... I am not sure what to think about it at this point or how seriously to think about it, but I will certainly keep it in my thoughts.....

While I do agree that Hay's vote on FF seems to be a nothing vote, you kinda contradict yourself a bit here, Rich. You are worried about FF twisting your words but then say he has done nothing anti town. Defending/distancing? Maybe I am reaching a bit but just trying to look at everything and try to figure out who's who. day one stinks and I have to make a vote.......

i never said you don't, but its still scary how fast others jumped on UN because of my speculation in a single post, early day 1, with no real evidence behind it, and it wasn't even the main focus of my post. I think that of the people who jumped on him (if he's innocent) at least 1 is evil. If he's evil then those opposing it (rich, hay) are probably evil. If he gets lynched the town will learn quite a bit from it, no matter whether he's evil or not. Not saying we should all vote him, just saying that it's a good way to look for patterns. Right now I'm not focused on what he said or why, mostly on how others reacted.

well, a train does us no good what so ever and while UN's comments certainly have me scratching my head I am not willing to vote him for it. I will see how he continues to play before I make any decision on him.
I need to get some work done but will be back during lunch break to place my ovte...somewhere?! TTFN!

Either he is coming out and admitting his evil intentions or he just fibbing. Either way it isn't pro town.

ok, now the second time around it seems more like a slap in the face...

Why do you care if he ud's or not?
1. he's on your team and you could have just told him in the den you like to cuddle up in, and are going for some D1 distancing
2. you are trying to throw the new kid under the sleigh

those are my two posts on the topic, no where in them did I say I was confident about anything, nor do I see where you are finding this said confidence. Care to elaborate?

It worked well for Rich last game when he pretty much flat out said he was evil, everyone just blew it off. I can see someone else trying it, especially thinking others would feel there was no way someone would try it back to back!!

I just do not see the UN thing. It was one thing to slip like I did last game but to come out and say it. I just don't see it, I don't think he is that confident that he would thumb his nose at us.

Really? Guess I see things different I think he can be very confident, and i most surely can see him "thumb his nose at us"!

There is nothing much to go on right now, and saying your going to the scum den..not once but twice....well that's all I got right now for day 1.

I also found the comment from UN strange and in no way helpful but I do not feel as strongly as LG does and the way she reinforced it and more or less pushed it makes me nervous. it appears that she is the one that is confident.....I will not have time this afternoon at work to get on again before nightfall so I vote to melt LadyG. Perhaps she is being cautious because she was burned by Rich last game but it still doesn't sit right with me.....
