Banter and talking crap is all part of the game....it's always been one of the best parts IMO!!!


The "banter" in it's self isn't bad....it was more the "check my fish", and talk that could be PMed I believe.

That's an obviously annoying one, but I'm talking about the stuff that's made people drop out of games or be less inclined to play. Like the constant nagging etc. I won't get way into that. Normal conversation among everyone is OK, but IMO, when it gets to a conversation between 2 people, it should be ended or continued somewhere else.

Not when the two classes I need to study for the most have finals back to back on Wednesday morning. I don't need any more distractions

I don't want this to turn into finger pointing but having a rule that people cannot banter isn't going to do anything. It's up to the player to realize when they are "constructively" posting (loose term, considering D1 especially) and when they are spamming the thread just to see their name pop up. Just my $0.02...I'll be watching this one. Hopefully I can join the next game, and hopefully the games start being more like they used to in terms of style of play. I have faith :grinyes:
