Right now my top suspects are as follows: (I'm not at home right now, so my notes aren't available to me.)

BadHaggis - Nigth 1 Voting pattern, overall fluff posting, Inconsistency in posting.

Rickets - Calling out the Detective. Bizarre flawed logic about voting pattens.

Old3toes - Overall fluffy posting

Tree/Mael - Night 1 voting pattern.

I'd like to add Driver8 for being pretty much useless to the town up to this point.

When you say Tree and Mael seal the deal, actually it was Nem who sealed it. He was the vote that got HH the "win." My vote actually gave HH a tie (from behind, as did Nem. Tree and Mael added nothing other than extra numbers. To me, that makes Mael the most suspect by pure voting pattern. HIs vote meant the least, it's the easiest "hiding" vote. Tree could have gone towards Nem instead, but causing a tie so close to nightfall is dangerous. So, I think Tree is suspect as well. I don't mind you suspecting me, but think about what your facts point to.

Nar, you mentioned Mael's vote being most suspect. To be fair, Mael attempted to vote HH before Tree voted but it just wasn't bolded and didn't count as an official vote. I quoted the progression below...

I find it interesting that HH thought it was from the innocent pm. Was this because he never got the innocent PM? To me it seems like it does. Now only if I could bold o. This dammed mobile site.

Wow! Interesting turn of events. I really don't see what people see in Nem. I think HH is scum based on the PM post. Clearly Chup did not post a PM from Mad. The other thing that is puzzling to me is HH makes a case for Chup and then votes for Nem?? And doesn't make a case for their vote on Nem. Since I need to vote still and don't see a better choice...I vote to lynch HH

So I guess this is my list:

BH- overall inconsistency in gameplay from day to day

Driver- calling people out for not posting and then doing absolutely no digging of their own

Rickets- flawed logic regarding the N1 voting

UhOh- a lot of "digging" only to conveniently jump on Gun yesterday

My vote will likely be placed in the near future.

Yes, old Nem called it a train, however, neither scoop nor old Nem had trains on them at the time. That was my point.

So your 75-90% was based mainly on gut feel? What about the fact that you said regarding Nem "I agree with several arguments on him."? I believe you even offered a few quotes when questioned. Seems like there was more than just gut there yet both practically dropped off the face of the earth by D2.

I wasn't doubting your excuses, or reasons or whatever you want to call them. But in context with you actual gameplay I cannot just ignore your posts like you want people to...

No cases of your own? Didn't you just vote for Tib and present a list of reasons the night before? Sure, half of it was based on what scoop said but I am pretty sure you said yourself that you would have picked up on those things whether scoop said them first or not. Why didn't you even consider voting for Tib again? And yes, hindsight is 20-20. Gun was innocent and you didn't vote gun initially...big whoop. Fact is you moved to gun based off of a shoddy post that the OP never even labeled as a case or a reason they would vote for Gun. Yet you named that as your main case when voting. I find it funny that your excuse for a no vote was that you didn't have a case of your own but when you did vote you used another person's post...

So now you are making amendments to your rule? Before it was no lists because they are distracting, and now it is unless necessary...isn't for the purpose of rooting out scum enough reason to keep a list? My problem with your day-to-day style is that it is a nice way for scum to cover tracks. Lists at least give concrete indication as to who suspects are. Without them people have to dig more to find the inconsistencies. And as for wing's list, the point is that Rick wasn't even on the list you quoted yet you bumped your name off of it when it was in the second spot and for some reason added Rick.

Yes, 75-90% was a way strong statement for day one, that is true. Probably not a good way to have put it, in hindsight...

:duh: Funny how you choose to vote the person who now has a train on him/her.

And this is where I responded to that. Both Nem, Scoop, and Nar had trains on them when I voted. I went with Nem. You also jumped onto the HH-Train, even if it was the correct train. So tell me, how did it go from that to me talking about trains?

Funny how I chose the guy my coin told me to, out of TWO people who had trains on them. And funny how you jumped the train on HH, along with several other people *cough* Mael *cough*

Ok, since we will never agree on the list issue, we will just have to agree to disagree. IMHO, lists cause people to focus on only the ones on their list, and then they could miss something that someone else posted. Without a list, they will look at all people evenly. That's my honest opinion on the subject. The "list" I posted was solely for the purpose of better showing my thoughts on the people I had looked into beforehand.

Wow... you see, this is why I should look back at my own posts more often... epic fail, on me. So Rickets wasn't even on his list... dang... ok, now Ima try and see if I can remember what on earth I was thinking at the time that put his name on the list...

Here are my thoughts on everyone at the moment.

Most likely scum at top
BadHaggis-Definitely has seemed scummy this entire game. Recent posts acknowledging scummy behavior do not make me feel any better.
Driver8-As opposed to Chup, posts seem to primarily encourage people to post and dig, yet Driver doesn't do so themselves. A good way to lay low yet keep up appearances of looking for scum.
RICKETS-Very defensive, has posted theoretical moves in mafia, but more of a "how to" guide for strategy than applying that to this game. Combine that with asking the det to reveal themself because there is no downside to them coming out, even though we don't know if the role block has been used, reeks of scum.
Old3Toes-Eager for people to vote. I can't figure out why someone who is a townie would want to rush people into voting. They've mentioned early voting several times this game.
scoop411-Can't tell, less scummy seeming than earlier in the game. Also getting confused on aliases vs. real user name and posting outside game with alias. Oops.
maelstrom-Hasn't been around much, a lot of irl excuses for not posting much. Haven't seen much digging.
UhOhChongo-I really want to lean Chongo innocent, but with Chup's (iirc) pointing out their inconsistencies from earlier in the game, I need to look into them more.
Tree_Hugger-Still can't tell on Tree. Making good points, haven't really struck me as scummy.
xx_Nemesis_xx-Liking the new Nem's contributions, seems quite pro-town.
narwhal-Not much digging but haven't gotten a scummy sense from Nar. Adding to that, was 4th on HH at a time when I highly doubt scum would vote on their own.
chupacabra-The one HH went after. Hasn't posted much but the posts they have put out seem quite pro-town and full of content.
Tiburon321-Innocent, duh.
