really narwhal? REALLY?
I found it rather rude.
Another one who seems to know someone well enough to point out their sex.

It always could be legit, and even if it's not I would hope that someone wouldn't get voted for trying to post differently then their normal style, especially considering the fact that we have no idea who each other is

Yep, and I'll do it with small words. It's to early in the game to know what means something and what doesn't. IMO, what's great about day1 is that nobody takes it really seriously. The things we learn on day1 tend to mean more in conjunction with other things that may or may not happen down the road. It may never come to anything, but it's worth hanging on to just in case.[AC] wing nut;2588397 said:maybe you cuold also explain why its relevant to the game enough to keep in mind.
I honestly just found this funny. Irony is kind of my thing.[AC] wing nut;2588407 said:that is better. but do you really think that just because some one can't spell that they can't think logically and wuold be less a threat?

Hey...just want to apologize for starting the Spanish talk...didn't really think much of it, the name is Spanish and it had been mentioned. I had lunch at a mexican restaurant, nothing was really going on (as it was day one) and I though I'd ask if they liked torta's...just because it is "spanish". Had no intentions of continuing to post in Spanish just having fun for a moment on day 1.[AC] C-note;2588393 said:I don't get the whole spelling thing. Someone misspelled "would/wood" I think it's way too early to even know if it's important or not. It's something to keep in miind, but in no sense is it a tell.
I also don't think the Spanish is necessarily a scum-tell. I never thought there were hidden messages, someone else made that up. I didn't intend for it to become a huge point of contention. However, just to be clear, I do think it a viable strategy for a scum to try to get by a day without any real input. The longer it goes on when things begin to get more serious, to me it will become more interesting. I'll offer a compromise though... if you post in spanish, continue to post an english translation also. If they're all jokes, let us all in on it. It seems only fair.
