These are the 5 who concern me most at this point.

I have not seen anything to alter my most concerning as scum list. I'm not getting the scummy feeling from Driver that some others seem to be getting, I understood the "known innocent" comment to be from HH's perspective. Tree I don't know about, but I don't feel they are scummy enough to vote for.

Of the ones listed above, Gun seems to be the common link among many of them. I think they've done some subtle distancing throughout the game. Gun flips scum and Haggis is next on my list to lynch.

I vote to lynch Gunslinger.

We had 2 players vote "no one" day 2. Gold and Mael. I will go back to their day 2 posts to see what was going on around the time of their votes. We also have BH so far today. This vote no one rule is starting to chaffe.

as i said before, just because i vote with someone doesn't mean i think their innocent. it only means i think the other guy is evil.

i'm not having the greatest day of my life here. went biking yesterday for the first time since fall, and man am i outta shape... went to bed at 10, woke up at 12... have a headache, cough, and am still pooped... and, as if that wasn't enough, i ache everywhere. i am not in am mafia mood today...

Okay, thanks. As I said that comment made me wonder at the time which is why I wanted to mention it. But I'll accept what you said about that now and let that point alone.

If this was only a matter of your vote sitting on the same player as one of your suspects (who you'd just voted/retracted), I wouldn't pay much attention to that all by itself. This circumstance is a little more than just that, however, given the timing associated with the vote switch plus what else was going on in the thread around the same time all these votes were placed..and as we've confirmed since then that Hammer WAS evil.

We know from vote placement the mafia didn't make any last-minute overt moves just before nightfall to save Hammer. By that point in time, whatever they did try earlier wasn't enough and they chose to let him die.

It would be foolish though for us to imagine no one tried anything to keep him alive while it was still early enough to offer up an alternative candidate for the town to lynch in Hammer's place. In this situation, I wouldn't figure the mafia had the luxury of spreading their votes around while their teammate was in hot water and starting to draw a lot of votes.

Any choice is better than voting no one, as you've already named suspects.

Now this is a BH post that helps move him from leaning scum to probably scum. Either BH is an individual that can't comprehend context of posts or is trying very hard to twist them into something of substance. For example the tree post with the winky smiley was in response to my post about cnote being the vog and wouldn't have shot himself which was in response to Nems post of was cnote killed by the vig. to add the tib "i did this so i can't be evil" arguement isn't that at all. tib is saying its something he has done so he wouldn't be fooled by it.
so BH, did you fall off your bikeor is this really your thoughts?

why vote no one after going through the trouble of pulling posts and making a case? why didn't you vote tib,nem or tree?

4 or more players haven't even posted in over 24 hrs .

@Wing: i'll try harder when i'm able to see without little dots flickering up in my eyes... and no, i shouldn't have posted at all, just wanted to help out, but it appears i failed at that... no surprise there... i'm going back to bed now, i may not be back till tomorrow....

If you need time away from the game, by all means take it. We all have to work this game in between other stuff in our personal lives. But here, you're basically saying you have no intention of coming back to even try to place a REAL vote.

Thank you. Glad I can finally participate now too.

As for suspects, I'll post that as soon as I can narrow this down a little better. Problem is that some I thought were real scummy the first day seemed more pro-town the 2nd day and vice versa. It's also difficult for me to distinguish between "suspects" who are doing scummy things from actual innocents who just don't understand this game very well. (Still find it hard to believe HI IQ was a townie and not as scummy as they behaved.)

I retract my vote on scoop and vote to lynch rickets

even though i think rickets would have moved i feel more comfortable voting along some one i think innocent. i don't like driver on gun either and don't understand nars vote on tree at all.
