Ah, no just because I voted for you and I posted reasons why...that is not being defensive...but if you think so then you think so...

mee-mee, I do think so. You said that I was "twisting words" and I haven't. I've been very forthcoming about my opinions. I hope that others see your flurry of posts as a red flag and like I said, I'm not changing my vote unless it would matter and I'm afraid that your fellow rebels have spread them out enough that it wouldn't. As for your apparent fascination for the Doctor, I find that very interesting as well. You offer the Doc advice, but no words of wisdom for the BG, Prez, or populus...

so people are on me for voting early, but they arent on DC for voting with no reason other than agreeing with DD that i goofed up on saying townies instead of citizens.

and KOTD.. i have explained multiple times why i voted early. If no one votes, we get no information, and we get no where and lose. Why is an early vote such a horrible thing? You say i pulled them back because they were questioned, i pulled them back because i didnt feel the votes were right for the time being.... i have taken heat for voting DC too, but i dont plan on pulling that one back.

you voted based on pretty much nothing 5 hours into the game, and like i said it's not JUST the vote, to me..super early votes are very suspicious, could mean the rebels want this game done with quick, you may have tried to get a train going on someone you knew wasn't a rebel, OR you just weren't thinking really and threw a vote out.

like i said earlier, i was wrong about you in a previous game..i hope i'm not wrong about you this time..but i have not seen anything from you to make me think your an innocent citizen...maybe i'ts your avatar..being a yanks fan.. it makes me want to head to mass and lynch you myself :grinyes: lol..all kidding aside..if in one hour something comes up to convince me to switch my vote..i will..but i highly doubt anything will happen.

BKW, since you asked to hear from me, I will respond to your charges. My responses are in blue.

IMO i think the votes are being spread out to make it more difficult to pick out rebels by voting. Since i dont see a really obvious case built by anyone i will go from my own list.

I vote to lynch mad

My reasons are

1. The avatar is to obvious, mad is a good player and this would be a smart idea to delay votes on him. It's a freakin' avatar, dude. Yours is a bee...am I to assume that you have 'stinger' missiles ready to take down Air Force One? Enough said.

2. Here is where you show a quote where I ask Ice for a ruling on whether the rebel teams can communicate in the thread. (Unfortunately I don't know how to get a quote to appear within a quote).
This question IMO should have been asked via pm. You just gave the rebels a good idea or ur trying to signal the other side so u can work together. The highlighted passage is what lead me to believe this reasoning. Hopefully u read the rules and know there isnt anything in the rules that say they couldnt......and thats why i think u were tryin to send a message to ur counterparts. Luckily Ice saw this post and posted a ruling on it.
Wrong, sir, wrong...this question NEEDED to be asked in the thread. IMO citizens needed to know that the game could get very unpleasant for them, and if necessary, PUSH for a ruling to keep the rebels from revealing themselves.

With 10 vs. 10, what was to keep the rebels from revealing themselves once they got an advantage? Keep in mind that citizens need to kill 10 rebels to win, while rebels only need to kill one citizen (the president). IMO the only thing keeping the 2 rebel teams from revealing themselves in the thread (and then easily picking off the citizenry) is that I was under the impression that they were competing against each other for the win. Therefore, if they revealed themselves, it could have cost them the game.

When Ice mentioned that the rebel teams were not competing, I recognized that there was nothing to keep the rebel teams in hiding once they gained an advantage. As you point out, it was lucky that Ice saw and addressed my question....BECAUSE IT WAS A QUESTION FOR ICE.

If I were rebel scum, I would have never asked for the ruling...I would have simply revealed my team in the thread (if and when rebels gained an advantage). The other team would have revealed themselves, and it would have been a turkey shoot on the citizenry until the rebels bagged the president.

3. Post 302, which is a list of mee-mees post, and this is at the end of the post:

Does he realize that he just did the same thing mee-mee did with jpappy? The post was valid until the last statment, why would u type that unless u feared someone making a connection between u and joander. Because I don't know if Joander is scum or not (there's a 50% chance he is)...all I know is that people are building a case on Day 1 based on what I consider to be weak evidence. I can look at folks voting for him and determine that I think they may be twisting words and situations, but I'm sure not going to say that Joander is innocent. There's two rebel teams here, so scum can unknowingly be going after scum.
Unless there is an obvious slip up by someone else my vote stays on mad

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

One quick question for Mad...Mad how come you pulled the last multiquote you did of my 246 and recopied it again at the very end...that dont make sense...can you please explain...

Because I used that quote to make 2 separate points...

1. That your post didn't make much sense at that time

2. That you were continuing to tug at the early Joander vote for JPap

That's why the quote appears in 2 places within the same post...

/game off

Just to let everyone know. I've got hurricane issues here and a 7 month old and a 92 year old grandmother. I'll check in mornings, but I won't be able to be as active as I thought.

I'll try, I'm just letting you know

/game on.
