I'm saying I think that's what was said in the scum den.

LR was a PR. The PR's have a chat. I'm *assuming* that the detective would have shared his/her findings. I think that the detective investigated LG, found her to be Jessica Rabbit, and told the PR den. They could no longer pull a hit (Zaffy was gone), so they tried to start a vote train. When it came up positive that LG was Jessica Rabbit, it would have proven (or at least greatly implied) that Labby was a PR, therefore protecting her from a vote.

Ok, so we don't necessarily agree. Doesn't mean you have to be an *******.

I don't see where in the rules it says that the PRs are in chat. I believe in JB's original rules the investigator and doctor and then the blackmailer and hitman were allowed to chat, however the blackmailer role was dropped and nothing in the rules or JB's role post does it speak of any of them communicating.

And so your theory is that Lab knew LG was Jessica and purposefully wanted to make it clear that she was a PR herself to get protection from votes? When was Lab in any danger of getting votes in the first place?

That would essentially put Lab in a position to get whacked. I don't see Lab being so foolish as to make herself known like that when a townie PR. Do you think otherwise?

Well you can see I changed my focus, No read on Wiz? Not seeing any differnce from his typical play?

I am never one to get a good read Wiz, although I am certainly not leaning him innocent. I could see him as a potential turn. He seems to have gotten very aggressive today in his posting.

So you would not defend some one if you think they should not be voted off?

of course I would but only if I was sure they were innocent. If I wasn't sure, I would look to find more from them and I would see what others had to say or if anyone else found something I might have overlooked.

well if he's quiet the day before and then switches to aqusations and really talking and participating maybe the vial was used on him and mafia told him to start talking before people start thinking.

Pir went from being a D1 suspect who almost got lynched to practically non existent and didn't even get a vote. IF he was the turn why would scum suddenly want him talking again?

If I feel someone is innocent I go with that, you play your way I will play my way, If your statement is true how do you pick a list of suspects or decide on who to vote. Do you pick randomly all the time?

Speaking of suspect lists, have you got one yet Rich? Have your thoughts changed on LG?

I disagree Wiz. I believe there are 3 pausible reasons they didn't use the serum.
1. They misunderstood who died - makes LG suspect
2. A noob is Jessica and forgot to use it - makes AAF suspect.

Since the scum could communicate both of these are unlikely so that leaves reason 3:
3. Jessica was not around at night fall (and yes you can bring up my internet problems but trust me - I got two votes in so if I was Jessica I would have used the vial in between votes)
No I believe Jessica was working on two vehicles when the vial was supposed to be used.
I believe this is why you didn't want people talking about the serum.

So far two different people have been thought by other players to be Jessica: LG and Wiz. Not sure what point I am trying to make here but it is interesting to think about...

Who do you suspect AAF? Would be nice to see at least a couple of names with some reasons. As the game progresses it will be harder, for me anyways, to cut you any slack...

I don't think it's ever safe to say there was no scum on the board, especially D2.

Now AAF is innocent, suggesting a connection.

He hears LG and 2H talking about how they wish the syrum weren't being discussed, and decides to act on it.

This is the post that (I think) got Labby killed.

I think the fact that she used the specific role got her killed. Labby was a PR (the doctor.) I'm really thinking that the investigator checked out LG, and she came up as Jessica Rabbit. The scum saw that Labby knew the exact position, so they assumed she was detective (or at least a PR). They acted on this...

This is interesting to me... I think this was planned in the den. THey figured if someone thought that was scummy, they would say, "If we were team-mates, we wuold tell eachother in the den! Therefore, we can't be team-mates." The fact that the same thing happened yesterday is what set me off.

I think pretty much everyone agrees that LG is scum. so... I vote to genetically test Lady G.

That is better Pir I may not agree with all that you posted but you are now trying. Step up your game and remember the vets take this game seriously. It takes dedication to the game to be considered a worthy opponent.

Please read a post more carefully next time, Wiz, before asking that question. I already said that it looks like Rich has defended 2H without much reason and I have him on my list for that...whether or not they are teammates or Rich was just hoping to latch on to an innocent and say "I told you so" when 2H was lynched is still up in the air, for me.



Where did 2H and LG ever say that? 2H was the one who brought it up and LG talked about the serum constantly...if I remember correctly Wiz was the most vocal about not wanting to talk about it.

That is a very simple minded approach to viewing mafia hits. I think LG is scum but to assume she is Jessica Rabbit just because Lab was hit is foolish...


Not sure I would be speaking the truth if I say I expected more of a case than that...

Thank you for your reply JP. The way I read your post was more that you thought 2H was innocent and I was trying to railroad him.

just a random thought... I was reading through the thread and read some are concerned that Rich is defending 2H...... thinking about this, I have to wonder. Since 2H was pretty much on the hot plate for a lot of the part of yesterday (before people moved their votes to Dawg), I wonder if Rich was trying to make it seem he was defending 2H to seem the nice guy, the one who wouldn't be accused or suspected of anything because after all, he thought nothing was so sketchy with 2H. Is it that Rich knows 2H is innocent OR is it he is trying to protect his teammate.... I have to look at yesterday again to sort through the events...

This is a question I have been wrestling with myself.
