Is she still in the main tank? You can always open her mouth and peek in. If you don't see egg sacs go ahead and strip her. If you see any, let her hold longer.

pulled her earlier today, just stripped and have over 20 so far but there are a couple (5maybe?) that I just can't get out of her mouth
