What are you talking about, it sounds freaking awesome! I think the mild coconut flavor will compliment the pumpkin very well. It calls for cumin, curry, and ginger seasonings as well, so I'm thinking it will taste like a thai influenced dish. In fact, I may see if I can source some lemongrass to add to it.

I know it's some kind of man-law that every meal must contain meat, but in reality, you can have a filling meal without it. :thm:
