Maybe I missed it but usually unless otherwise stated any activity up until the mod says "it is night" is ok. Sometimes if mods know they might be late they will says everything up until a certain time period is set in stone.

His call though. Thankfully it shouldn't affect the outcome...if it ends up being a good thing.
