As the town gathers in front of Bala's Institute for the Mentally Insane for another lynching one can only hope that this is the last threat ACville will ever face. After battling the mafia, various monsters and evil scientists (not to mention that wonderfully nasty Grinch who successfully stole Christmas) a few people who are not so right in the head shouldn't be a problem...should it?

"We just wanted to verify that our fellow citizen was in fact born in the United States. With a middle name like "Hussein" you could understand why we would be suspicious. Admittedly we should have sterilized the needle before attempting to take a blood sample...and now that we think about it we're not quite sure why a blood sample would have helped. Our bad!"
