That's because your tank is empty due to the bullet hole caused by euthanizing a fish.
I would wager that my tanks have more algae growth than most of yours. Simply because it's a good indicator of a healthy invertebrate tank, and most of my aquariums are for breeding shrimp.
Even so, Lady's tanks are the scummiest. Everyone knows it. Just look at her post count. It's a clear indicator of scummish tanks.
BTW, my Macrobrachium kulsiense hatched another two broods this week. Yay! They're one of the slowest, when it comes to birth rates, among Macrobrachium shrimp.

Hey the good news is that I am going out of town on vacation. I won't be back until the 23rd. I am flying out late tomorrow night, so if this was not my last night then the next one would have been.
