when BKW1982 posted this, he knew he was in extreme danger of being lynched. Assuming he would be lynched, he posted a list of those he thought to be mafia.... assuming he is innocent, those on his list may or may not be mafia.....let's assume that he's a mafia, though. Posting such a hit list would be silly, knowing that he would be lynched. If bkw1982 is lynched and found to be 'mafia' all he has managed to do is reveal that the four on his list are 'innocents'. Not a good move on his part for the mafia overall....granted knowing he's about to die, he could have named some mafia also, knowing that they'd appear innocent once he was lynched. From what I've seen of BKW1982 so far, though, it seems doubtful that he'd be 'taking one for the team'.

fair point.. my vote for BKW was mostly because i have a lack of suspicions of most other people.. i have my eye on some others though..
 
And Topham tried to buy the townies silence one last time...but it fell on deaf ears:)...and the only person who can save him at this point is the Doc.....God speed to ya Doc, if the townspeople happen to be wrong.......and if Topham Hatt is Mafia...God have mercy on your soul Topham Hatt...

And MM goes to her porch and sits and waits for any suspicious cars to go by...the time is 11:18pm (actually 11:18 am central standard time)..and the townies are getting anxious for who the first person is going to be....We all hope in vain that we didn't lynch one of our own....:confused:
 
I'm sticking with my vote, but I know of two other very suspicious people here that maybe Mafia......next time I guess.

IT IS NIGHT

A strange thing happened. The minds of many townsfolk must have snapped. bkw1982, the town carpenter, seemed to think he was the son of a train tycoon. There hasn't been a train in ACville in 100 years.

Others also began saying strange things. In the end, bkw1982, had more fingers pointed at him than anyone else. In an ironic twist, the townsfolk tied him to a railroad track and ran over him with a ten-wheel truck... since they couldn't find a train.

Unfortunately, the town could find no sign of a mafia tatoo... as written in the town legend concerning the mafia incursion of long ago.

BKW1982 was innocent.

It is night... go to sleep.
 
IT IS DAY

The town awakes, shuddering in confusion about the strange events of yesterday. Everyone decides to gather in the town square to see what happened in the night.

Maccrawdad is late... ominously so. A quick search of his home turns up a hidden surgical lab, but no Maccrawdad.

The mafia have struck. Maccrawdad was the Doctor.
