Mafia Game #4 The Play

Well if we are voting, I vote to lynch neon julie, I have already stated my reasoning, and I am subject to change, I feel the same way about CL but, have a larger hunch when it came to those two.

goodness!!! you guys are busy!! LOL i would be posting more if i wouldnt have had 8 pages to read by the time i woke up.

Hmm...fingers flying all over the place!! Im still unsure of who i want lynched quite yet. But what Ogre said, Madcrawdad is acting NOT like himself. Hes usually the one making a case against everyone. But still unsure...i will put up my vote tomorrow morning!

My knee-jerk reaction was to vote CL too because of that same comment but we have so much time to decide. I think I'm going to wait on voting, someone else might make themselves more obvious. I will say though that CL will probably get my vote. Now I'm going to reread why judge is voting for Julie.

At the town meeting later that day, Charlie is unusually silent. He is suspect of everyone now (even his fish have been acting strangely as of late, and good old Charlie Stubbs is not going to ignore the possibility that the mob may have gotten to them and they can no longer be trusted) and fears to act too hastily lest innocent blood be on his hands. The paranoia that has gripped the town is highly contagious and spreading fast. Why, haven't some of the townsfolk already accused thier neighbors of betrayal?? Didn't Charlie even find himself beginning to question whether or not Cory Lover was a mafia henchman as his accusers have claimed? And John Larson? Couldn't Charlie remember a book he had read as a lad in ACville that had a villian named John Larson?? Could he condemn a man because he doesn't like his name? Unable to decide and unwilling to lynch an innocent man, Charlie decides he will watch as events unfold, and wait until the true villians expose themselves. "I'll just lay back", he thinks aloud, "and when the time is right, the mafia will find out that this cat has claws!!"

and by the way, as for me being consistent in the game. I can asure you, I am not the mafia... I am an innocent, I am merely sizing up the game.

What's with the obvious cover up? Those who scream innocent the loudest are most likely going to be first targets or watched carefully for any sign of mafia activity. Hmmm...Dangerdoll...now that's an interesting name. Sounds like you like to live on the edge. Maybe, you're a super smart mafioso or someone who likes to keep people guessing. I like that.

Actually it's a one in 4 chance of mafia today... sigh.

I'd almost be willing to put money on the fact that 2 or fewer mafia have even posted at this point.

I stand corrected. One in Four.

I think, as a town, we should agree that EVERYONE needs to post a vote, even if it is for nobody. Maybe even explain thier vote. As a town we need to at least try to lynch a mafia member, I am of the belief that voting for nobody is good for the mafia. As a town, we need to do something. Those that do something should not be lynched for their efforts.

I think those that do not particapate in the lynchings need to explain themselves. Just standing back and watching does not help kill mafia. They will kill someone at night.

The mafia can just sit back and laugh at this point.

Ok. We know how this goes, first vote's usually a cast in the dark, I haven't confirmed my suspicions about anyone yet, and my day turned into the second worst I've had in three months, no thanks to my totally demeaning manager who's setting me up I think. It's not an excuse, but I can't think, so I'm going to cancel out Judge's vote and just vote for her. I don't think she'll get lynched because of it, and who knows, maybe it'll clear things up down the road, maybe it'll make more people vote me just because, (lots of people do that with me anyway), so whatever, I'll worry about it some other better day.

I vote to lynch Judgemax and cancel out her vote.

I think John is right. As responsible citizens of ACville we must do what we can to protect our quaint little town. But rushing to judgement may kill innocents and weaken our position. Its seems Cory Lover is an odds on favorite now and i hope the townfolk are right and we lynch a mob member on the first night. But as i see it, Cory could just as easily be our doctor or our detective at this point. My gut tells me i must wait until more has been revealed. To quote Rush, "If you chose not to decide, you still have made a choice.". I will (though not officially) chose to lynch noone yet. I will watch and wait.
