They each would get one kill to use any time. In the event that they get lynched, then they get the 24 hour period to choose.

I figured I'd post the answer so everyone wouldn't have to go back and read the old one. =)

Nope... I'm not a fan of limits. It can be tweaked pretty easily for as many as want to play.
