The hit will be effective the next night. If they don't use it, it's gone.

I wouldn't feel comfortable with FF coming back to Mafia anytime soon...unless RB agrees to personally spend a few weeks this summer at FF's house, mentoring FF and Pig on Mafia. Having meals with them, making sure that they don't chat about games, etc.
