Personally I like when they loose their hits if their leader is killed off, it makes it more important to keep them in, and makes it more challenging.

Seems a little Mafia heavy to me. I say either let all Pr's communitate from the get-go, or at least make it Hitman/Investigator, and Doctor/Blackmailer.
As far as Chuck goes maybe make the hit a hit/miss if he dies.
