I would say Male but hard to tell the anal and dorsal fins of males are more pointed and the males are a little taller. I would say Male. Then again it has a lot of blue in the gill platelets But than again females blue is alot more blotchier.

I know, its hard to say for sure! Another reason I'm asking is because of how my JD is acting with the new Green Terror. I feel like the GT is male, and the way they are acting is different than what I'm used to. Wasn't sure if they could be flirting with each other or something. I suppose there is only one sure way to find out, and since it is still fairly young, it may be too early to say for certain anyway. Thank ya'll for the help.

At only 2.5" it is hard to tell. But if i had to choose, I think female. The blue spangles on the lower gill plate indicate female.
