We've got a pair of turquoise rainbows and a pair of red rainbows in our 72g. I noticed this morning that the male turquoise rainbow is chasing the other 3 around the tank and herding them into one corner. Why is my pretty fish suddenly becoming aggressive? Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't worry. I've got a whole tank full of Rainbows, and they all chase each other around from time to time, flashing, showing their colors. While it looks aggressive, I've never seen amy harm come from this. My Rainbows all have taken their turn putting on a display, and no one has ever been hurt.
Rainbows will do this from time to time. Most of the time the fish will work things out on their own.If it really ends up being a real problem, you can always rearrange the decor in the tank or if it is a planted tank then you add a few more plants which will give the other rainbows some safe refuge they can retreat too if they feel threatened. Often times if there is plenty of cover for the fish to dart in and out of if they need to, it will help bring the fish out more since they will feel more secure about their surroundings.
