I have a pair of Rams and lately they seem to not be getting along. The male is always chasing the female and not chasing like he wants to get friendly but he chases her away and then goes back to his area. It's like he won't let her in his territory. Is that at all normal? I've never noticed it before.

Provided tank is large enough and actual m/f, try separating them for while.

Cichlid behavior is always unpredictable at times, maybe add a few more females or dither fish to the setup, see if that helps..
Yes they have spawned before so adding more females would be an option. My tank is 120 gal and I have 28 fish in tank so as of now I'm not fully stocked. My largest fish are four angels.
