true. the fish is 10 years old, Snakeheads were banned in...i believe 2005.
 
I signed the petition as well. I agree I would be POed if I legally purchased an animal and then later on it becomes illegal and I am told I have to get rid of my fish because some crazy law?? I could see if this man had plans to turn it lose or something but he has had it for 10 years! I am not saying all laws are crazy, some do have a purpose. And I can see the intentions behind the law (irresponsible pet owners) but this guy should be cut some slack and let this slide, grandfather it in, something. Why are politicans playing gods here? :swear: :swear: :swear:
