Mantis Shrimp and Dwarf Lionfish Compatible?

I was wondering if it was possible to house a mantis and dwarf lion together in a 40 gallon without aggression. Only with those 2 and nothing else.

I don't know but I have visions of them both huddled in corners hoping not to fall asleep and allow the other to off them.

You can't house anything with a mantis without aggression. Please don't stick a lionfishy in there with one!

You would probably lose about 92 gallons per day fom splashing.

People often house fast, free swimming fish with small mantis shrimp. However, I would not trust a slow-moving lionfish with one.

P.S. If you try, my money's on the mantis.

Thanks for your replies I guess I'll only be getting the dwarf lion for my 40. BTW is there anything that is compatible with the dwarf lion and can fit in a 40 gal? I have seen some people keep clowns and chromis with their lion but everyone warns me the lion would end up killing them both.
