A) im running 2 emperor 400 on my 80 gallon tank along with 2 250 watt visi therm, would that be allright?
B) Can you give me some good tank mates to go along with a silver arowana>?
C) im planning to raise the arowana in the 80 gallon permanently, would that be appropriate?
D) what do pleco eat besides algae, im afraid that im not producing any algae since im not using any gravel
E) how many watts are the emperor 400 producing on a 24 hr basis?

A.Yes but you will need a much much bigger tank

A.Not in a 80 gallon tank

A.No you'll nned tank at the least 72 inches long X 30inches wide

A.algae wafers, sinking pellets

It all depends on the species of pleco. Some are herbivores, some omnivores, and some are even carnivores.

The heating and filtration is fine IMO, but as mentioned the tank would be a bit small for an arrowana.
 
the pleco likes to hide inside a rock where i can also see the pleco... do i just stuff the lettuce inside the rock?
 
the pleco will most likely do most of it's feeding at night. also`some species of plecos are wood eaters..the clown is one of those. which pleco do you have or are you looking to get??
 
i think i have the common pleco, and since they get too big i want a algae eater that stays small... i plan to get corys or otos
 
you can get a lot of oto's in a tank that size ;)
have you looked at small plecos' like a bn??

I have one and no prob..he/she cleans the algae and gets sinking wafers and zuccini as supplements..the bn stays pretty small..no larger than 6 " for some species
