I bring you a question, as usual...
Basicaslly, I bought a Moss/Marimo ball instead of what I meant to go and get, which was ghost shrimp
Anyways, I will get pics up at some point, but I'm wondering, is there any way of making a carpet like thing on the bottom? I am aware there is the mesh method but I don't know how I cut it up haha. So how do I cut it up to make it as big and flat as possible? Once I have figured that out, I could stick some pebbles on it to weigh it down 
I have high lighting in the tank and I normally keep it on for about 8-10 hours a day, is this ok? I know they are slow growing, but I just think a moss carpet would look pretty and my cories and (soon) shrimp would enjoy it
