Marineland 350 media

Alright, I want to know everyones opinion on what I should place in my marineland 350 canister filters. I just ordered 2 of them today because I was going to use one as a water polisher and the other for actual filtration. For the filtration one I have no idea what I should put inside the sleeve or really how to set it up (First conster filter ever).

I'm open to any or all suggestions.

i just use coralife nano size bio balls and foam pad & filter floss pads

the sponges that cam with it at the bottem, some type of bio media (i had ehiem mech and some other stuff in it basiclly whatever you like) then some thing to polish with (i used the polly stuffing from the green bag at wall-mart)
