Massive deaths in shrimp tank help

hope everything works out for you cassie! I still have all the shrimp I got from you and they all are doing great. I did have find one dead yesterday but she was like the "giant" cherry red shrimp and I was thinking she had to be pretty old. Goodluck with your shrimp

The nitrites in my tank keep going down but the death count keeps going up. I have been changing 7+ gallons a day. Out of the 150 that I started with less than 20 are still alive. I put a few adult shrimp in a seperate tank. I few died in that tank, but most of them seem to be doing fine. Are the nitrates still the problem? or could it be something else?

sounds to me like its stress from the water conditions 
no fun at all! Keep up on the water changes as much as possible to keep that nitrite negligable
