how many inches of small bodied fish should be put into my new 90g.

i would like to have clown fish
and at least one tang and a dwarf angel

Most don't go by the inch per gallon rule with SW, some not even with FW anymore. I'd suggest you start by:

  1. Decide if you want a FO (fish only), FOWLR (fish only with live rock), or Reef tank.
  2. List the fish you are most interested in (such as the clown, tang and dwarf angel you listed)
  3. We'll advise if any of those are not compatible with one another or what you selected for a tank type.
  4. And then you can pick other compatible fish to go with those.

I will be setting up a reef tank in time but first i need to get the liverck and baserock.

Stocking list! *** if anything should be changed please let me know;)
here is a list of the fish i like. if you could compose a stocking list around this. also any suggestions with pictures would be greatly appreciated.

flame angel, lemonpeel angel, purple masked angel

copperband butterfly

blue hippo tang, *yellow tang*

*percula clown*, ocellaris clown, B/W ocellaris

*yellowtail blue damsel*, blue velvet damsel

golden neon goby, blue neon goby, citron clown goby, yellow clown goby

royal gramma, cleaner wrasse, *six line wrasse*, *four line wrasse*.

**= prefered fish.

copperband butterfly - Good possibility it will pick at inverts, nems etc...add with some caution..

blue hippo tang, *yellow tang* - Personaly, would only do the yellow, leave out the blue...i prefer to see these is larger tanks

*percula clown*, ocellaris clown, B/W ocellaris - No issues from me

*yellowtail blue damsel*, blue velvet damsel - Can be agressive, however, in a 90 gal, might not be so bad due to the room in the tank..

golden neon goby, blue neon goby, citron clown goby, yellow clown goby - The two yellow's may fight with eachother, due to their colour...The citinius may also pick at some corals...

royal gramma, cleaner wrasse, *six line wrasse*, *four line wrasse*. - Would not keep a 4 line and 6 line together...

**= prefered fish.
