Does anybody know if malachite green and methylene blue can be used in conjunction with each other?

I know that they are both effective on fungus. I've been trying meth blue for awhile in the hospital tank w/ little effect. I can do a water change, but I am not going to be able to get everybit of blue out if I wanted to try green instead.
The information i read about methylene blue says that it is safe to use with other dips/baths, however I could find nothing on malachite green stating whether it was or was not safe to use. Thre is one thing I would like to mention about fugus. It is usually brought on by stress, poor water conditions, fighting. The fish that I have had develop fungus have recurring infections with it about every 3 months on or near the original spot. A salt bath in the hospital tank will help in my opinion, it worked for me. I have never used malachite green or meth... blue, sorry ican't be of more help, someone who has more experience with these medicines will surely post soon.
