Medium Light Plants and Low Light Setup

If I have medium light plants in a low light setup will they die or just look sad and weak? I don't have the funds for a light upgrade right now. If they're just gonna die before I upgrade I might as well sell/trade/give the plants. I can afford fertilizers and a DIY CO2 if that would help.

20 gallon long
Single 17w fluorescent bulb

Plants
Bacopa sp. 'Pantanal'
Hygrophila sp. 'Porto Velho'
Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Bronze'
Cryptocoryne x willisii 'lucens'
Hygrophila sp. 'Bold'

if its too low for the plant they will die. holes in the leafs clear leafs and so on.

Mmm...that's kind of upsetting. Well the Crypto Lucens is listed as low light and seems to be doing okay. I like the Bacopa a lot and it still looks okay. Everything else looks a little sad so I'll probably list it in the free plants section if they get any worse. Thanks for the info.

you can get those screw in power compact bulbs. you can get them at walmart. it should be cheap and easy. if not pm me i should be able to set up a holding tank or something for a couple months.
