Hehehe, videos are always great. I sometimes prefer them over pictures because you can view the personality of the fish. Such a pretty boy he is. I like the dark red spots on the tail.

There is a stargate in my aquarium.
He's a handsome guy, to be sure. The deep red spots on the pink fins are neat! And he's active and curious, which is always a good sign. :thm:

He loves me already! I got him last Saturday. Ugh, it was terrible. I was at Petsmart and they were all stacked and the tiny containers were dirty and the bettas would stir up clouds of filth every time they moved. I told the guy at the register but we all know they won't do anything.
There were some really pretty ones but something about him just kind of called out to me. He was really scared when I first got him home and went to feed him but he's not anymore. He's also really smart, he already knows that when I shake the food container that it's eating time. I put my finger up to the glass and he just swims closer. My brother's betta flares his gills at you. But then again, my brother has him in a dark room at the other side of his room and never cleans his tank or refills the water when it evaporates. I always have to do it.
Slash is really chill too, just like my last betta.
I don't care what they say about betta like living in tiny cups, mine have always liked having room to swim around and explore.
