I'm sorry, I know this isn't a fish related question but I wasn't sure where to ask this.

How do you all use a picture/icon? How can I get a picture with my profile?

CLick on "User CP" from the menu bar, on the left, you will see edit avitar. Use the browse button to find the picture you want, then upload it...
