I had a friend who lived in a condo association that forbid doing any work on your car. He removed, rebuilt and re-installed the engine in his 70 Charger in his family room.

Lol, my friend gets to wake up to his neighbors impact wrench every morning. I guess the guy takes his tires off at night and leaves his car on jacks, then puts the tires back on.

Um...we use a drill and a paddle to mix up paint, drywall compound and mortar...batter aint much different!
