I will throw in some calcium for the trapdoor family too.
If you can find it... you might try some calcium pills. You can get info on the exacts on applesnails.net as someone already suggested. It's really a great source.
When I kept snails, I'd feel calcium pills about once a week or so... it was crazy to watch them all zoom right over to the pills then nomnomnom... they loved them.
In the end, though... I finally got liquid calcium and liquid iodine. Turned out I was doing just fine on the calcium part (I was always pretty careful about that), but they were getting no iodine.
