slipknottin: Is Trillian not $25 to register? MSN Messenger from MS, and the third party add-on Messenger Plus, are both free... in addition, I use no other IM services except MSN and all of my friends and family with no exceptions are on MSN (some have other IM as well) so for me, there is no need to pay for Trillian client.

Only problem I do NOT like is that you cant send files with the new Yahoo Messanger because they are not compatible.
I was unaware there was a free Trillian version... however... like the guy who says "I think I'll stick with my Diet Pepsi" in the commercial, I think I'll stick with my MSN w/ MsgPlus.
