Growing Good!!!

I had bought plants from MG about 2 months back and they are doing well! It was cold outside during shipping, a few suffered but are making a come back. My hornwort is going crazy. It is just floating on one side of my tank.
I like the Tiawan moss alot!

I just got my stuff right now! I was so excited, I could barely sleep just waiting for it. When it finally came, I was very disappointed with the plants. The vals I ordered are light brown and a faint tint of green. Although the extra vals you send is the same color, but I'm hoping it'll get healthy again. I ordered 2x water sprites and they're practically brown with small patches of light green... They're really small too I didn't realize it would be that small! One of the two is like, half the size of the other one. (The other one wasn't that big either). When I was getting the water sprites out, to see if I actually got 2 (since it looked so small and flat) the small one kinda just fell apart... And finally, the crypts were tiny too! I had no idea. But I got 3, when I ordered two, so I shouldn't be complaining too much.
The only plant that actually arrived nice and green was the guppy grass that was used to hold the cherry shrimp. Which by the way, the cherry shrimp all came alive. Endlers came in great too. One of them had color already, so I was really happy with the animals I bought. Just the plants disappointed me. I don't understand how that happened the heat pack was still warm and it's not freezing here in CA...

Ah well! It's my first time ordering plants online. Maybe I just got my hopes up too high upon reading soooooooo many pages of excellent service. I'm off to my favorite petshop to cheer myself up now.

I am VERY thankful for the things you sent though. Please don't get me wrong with my depressing post.

Recieved my shipment today. Shipping was fine. All the plants survived save for one anubias which looks to be in pretty bad shape. I'll hope for the best in terms of recovery. I too was surprised by how small the plants were, but this is my first time buying plants so I'll attribute my surprise to that. Everything besides the one anubias (out of 4) is green and lively.

The only strange thing is that I ordered 4 baby java ferns, but only seem to have received two. But again, this may just be my inexperience talking.

Thanks for the extras, although I'm not sure what they are!

srry i didnt give feedback sooner. great fish all of them made it safely and the java moss was perfect spread out into quite a bit i i ever need anything else ill definitly come to you first!

I finally got my shipment yesterday. Mgamer was very quick to respond to me and the package was sent out Monday.
I would have gotten it in on Wednesday if it wasnt for the brilliant individuals working for CT USPS. Long story short the package arrived on Friday, late afternoon.
Shrimp (3 out of 5 survived) and some plants were a little smaller than I expected, but cant complain.
I only hope the plants survive as the extra 48 hours on trucks and loading docks in freezing temps definitely had some effect on them.

I will definitely order again from Mgamer but will wait until warmer weather arrives just to avoid the frustration.

as an update: all the plants recovered nicely and even in my super low light are starting to grow and "breed".
poor shrimp must have become a snack for my angel but I will know better next time.
I also must add that besides great products being sold by Mgamer his expertise and advice is priceless.

My Moss pack arrived in great shape, at first I thought the portions were small but once out of the bags and they "fluffed" up I was quite happy with them. Great job! Will order more plants in the future!

Kudos for the fast IM response.
Gave me healthy endler stock. Generous portion of plants that I wanted!
A FEW minor problems with communication and order, but everything was settled!
A tip for anyone who is ever dissappointed with anything when buying: communicate and be nice about it!
I would definitely buy from this seller again.
