MH Numbers

20LX18WX31H. Hammer, Frog spawn, Torch, Elegance, Clam, various polyps, Zenia. I changed the bulb this morning. I have noticed the obvious change in colour but also noticed that the corals are not quite as full, if you know what I mean. Currently I'm using the 150W HQI MH 20,000K Aqua Lite Advanced and a 28W Aqua Lite Pro with 50/50 bulb. I was using a 14,000K HQI with the 28W running 100% actinic. I'm not really concerned about massive growth as I have limited space at the moment. I am however concerned about the health of the corals. How long would you expect the corals will take to adapt to the bulb change?

as far as them adapting, do you mean the increase in PAR or color? color will be pretty quickly depending on their current health and coloration and PAR shouldnt be a problem because it isnt that big of a jump on a 150.
i would personaly recomend a biggern MH if you have a tank that is 30+ inches.
some of the corals there would be fine, but i would recomend keeping all but osme of yoru softies in the upper half if you dont upgrade.
