what are some good mid-ground plants that get about 5-6" tall and do well in hard water with 2.5wpg. i was thinking some micro sword...

i already have crypts, and java fern on my drift wood.

in the mid-ground of my tank i already have crypts, red ozelot sword (which is spreading sideways, not up) and tiger lotus. so i need some stuff with small-ish leaves to go in the mid-ground. my tank is only 12" tall and in the background i have Rotalia Indica, wisteria, myrio, and red ludwigia. i also have some aponogeton that is, for some reason, only sending out about 2-3" leaves. they are hidden behind my driftwood and i literally forget they are in there...

i like the babys tears, but the leaves are very similar in shape to my rotalia indica.

the stargrass is neat, but i've never seen it for sale around here
