I thought it might be, I thought it a little weird that they had headgear like that on all the time too :)

But, in case you dont know, and this is true, there were actually dolphins trained by the US to attack Russian divers. They let them loose (stupid move) and started showing up in rivers, where they documented a few deaths of people that were attacked by them.
No, they did not have knives strapped to their noses, simply used their force and teeth :)
But not near as high tech as this article has.
