I have a 55 gal that has been setup since september with no problems but starting 2 weeks ago i had a problem with cloudy water.I did my normal 10-15% water change every sunday. The cloudiness started 2 days prior and i did a water change and the water stayed cloudy so i chaned the filters again 4 days later and the water is still cloudy.I have 25 inches of fish with no deaths as this has been going on and my water is in perfect condition, just cloudy any help would be appreciated...

I would assume everything's ok with the fish if they are behaving the same, eating, etc. The most likely cause is a bacteria bloom which isn't anything to worry about, it just needs to work itself through. Have you done any test on the tank for ammonia/nitrate/nitrites? If those are ok, continue on with the water changes. hmmmm.... one more thing, when you changed the filters, explain how you did that....all the way down to the wetting of the new cartridges.

I say bacteria bloom too. This happened to me once. All the fish survived just fine, though.
