Does anyone have this filter?

never heard of it before. from google i wouldnt put it on anything bigger then a 10 gal.

It's on a 15 gal. I'm having troubles getting it to work.

well hobs basically work the same way. have you cleaned it? make sure the impeller is spinning?

Impeller is spinning, perfectly it seems, but the filter is just not taking water in.

was it working before? is there water in the filter its self? try to take the tube out and put it back on. some times it just doesnt lock in place.

I'll try that. Hmm...do you know if this needs a filter cartridge. Couldn't tell by the setup.

Okay, I'm missing a part, but I can't find ANYWHERE on the internet to find what this part would look like...

it needs somethign if its going to do something more then just move water around. any idea what kind of part?

this is why i stick with ac filters lol very simple very good.

Something that hooks to the little twirly thing. Sorry for the bad description, that's the best I can think of.
